Sojourners Missions International (SMI) began in 2002 as a follow up to the evangelistic work we started in Kachia (Southern Kaduna in Nigeria) and its environs earlier, especially in the Royal Clinic Annex Kachia where we used to hold prayer meetings and reaching the patients that came to the hospital for medical attention with the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Today we exist as an indigenous Cross-Cultural Mission Agency.

We conduct research into the spiritual status of tribes, nations and groups within our area of focus and coverage; through this research and special leading of the Holy Spirit, we place our missionaries. Our priorities is on the people with the least or no presence of the gospel or true Church. we also use our research results in mobilising the Church on the areas that need more attention and prayers.
